HAVE YOU EVER ............???

In class, there are some good students who can master what teachers say immediately and respond well. And some teachers consider that all members of class are the same as them. So, teachers often explain something new quickly without taking notice of others who haven't understood yet. This is the drawback that many teachers haven't recognised. Moreover, many students dare not tell teachers their trouble. The more they keep silent, the worse their study becomes.
Why?
You know, everyone is afraid of the fact that people know their weakness. So, little by little, they become timid. We think they should ask teachers what they don't understand completely. Besides, they should also suggest that their teachers explain more clearly and slowly. The neccessary solution is that students had better prepare the lesson at home and study by themselves more.
How about the teachers? If their students don't tell anything about their problem, how can teachers recognise that?
IN THE FUTURE, YOU WILL BECOME A TEACHER, WHAT SHOULD YOU DO????

If I were a teacher, I would pay attention to the whole class, especially the inactive students. Each student should be more confident and ask anything he/she doesn't understand.GOOD LUCK!!!!

What are differences between University lectures, primary school teachers...
In my opinion about higher education, most of teachers bring up and explain ones so quickly. Sometimes I can't even know what they say?
So we have to brainstorm. and then,I think if we till wonder about its, we can raise one's hand to speaking or write it down papers and giving for your teacher. In our class, when there are something we haven't understood yet, we will send an email to our teacher to respond and know clearly. Ok!
About primary school, I think we have more times. Teachers present the matter more clearly and easily understandable. Therefore don't shy of wondering if u don't understand. Unless u will lose ur basic knowledge...
I agree with Kingman about ur teaching method. It's very human nature..haha. Wishing you, your classmate would become a good teacher and more!

yup, sometimes i can't catch up with what teachers are talking about, not only in university but also in high school ^^ but i don't often ask them to explain again :"> it's not entirely because i'm afraid others can see my weakness. it's just because i don't know the way to tell the teachers exactly what i don't understand, and i don't wanna waste time of the whole class :"> so i prefer to ask my friends later [ after the class for example ]

i agree with Kingman that teachers should pay attention to the whole class, especially inactive students. but teachers should also sit in students' seats and imagine that if they were students, what could make them in mess. then they may know what they should do next :))

[ chời ơi khó diễn đạt thế, í tớ là teachers phải đặt mình vào vị trí của students để xem xét xem vấn đề nào có thể làm students ko hỉu đó ^^ ] hehe

Wow, all of you have such great comments. At first, I'm here to comment too. But now, well, I think it's a good idea to read your comments. And these may be some guidances for me to be a better teacher later. So, thanks.
Ah, and I just want to say that maybe there's not enough time for teachers to do all what they want. Perhaps, they know there's some problem with their students. But in fact, they somehow can't make time to do the help or it seems like that the students would rather, like you said, learn from their friends for they think it's easier to ask a friend than a teacher. Or some teachers just want their students to try to solve their problems their ways. Or... well... I don't know, I'm still a student. I can't understand as well what's in my teachers' brains. But I think when we really become teachers, we will then encounter the difficulties and some solution may rush into our mind or some miracle should occur and we're saved, which also means our students are saved too.
That's it, I think. Anyway, thank you for all your good ideas.

I DON'T TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU. I THINK STUDENT WHO DOESN'T CATCH WHAT TEACHERS TEACH ALSO WANT TO ASK HER TEACHER AGAIN. BUT SHE ALWAYS FELLS AFRAID OF AND LACK OF SELF-CONFIDENT HERSELF. AND ARE YOU SURE SHE HAS MANY CHANCES TO ASK? IF MOST STUDENTS IN HER CLASS UNDERSTAND WELL EXPECT SHE,DO YOU THINK SHE HAS ENOUGH COURAGE TO ASK HER TEACHERS AND HER TEACHER HAS PATIENT ENOUGH TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING FOR HER. BECAUSE THIS MAY BE WASTE OF TIME OF CLASS. ANYWAY,ALSO THANK YOUR ADVISE .IT'S USEFUL ADVISE

it's a sensible problem. obviously speaking, It depends on the treatment of teacher, the way teacher uses to make himself clear.
I hope we will learn more and more about the skill of teaching....
